Who is the data controller for my Data?<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in (hereinafter \u201cPeeK\u2019in\u201d) acts as the data controller. It is a simplified joint- stock company located at 54, rue Desaix, 44000 Nantes, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 832 852 776<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Data Protection Officer: <\/span>You may contact the Data Protection Officer at any time by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:gdpr@peekin.me\"><span>gdpr@peekin.me<\/span><\/a><span> or by post to the address given above. End customer data is entered by the client establishment into the PeeK\u2019in application (at this stage, PeeK\u2019in acts as a data processor for the client establishment); end customers wishing to retrieve their lost property then confirm their details and accept the Terms of Use.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Who is your Data intended for?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Data collected on the Website is intended for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">carriers, when the end customer wishes to retrieve their lost item;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to Peek\u2019in\u2019s data processors, in particular:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">o Hosting: Google (servers in France, Belgium and Ireland)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Data is not transferred to commercial partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Access to Data is subject to individual and controlled access permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Where PeeK\u2019in acts as a data processor for the client establishment, the Data is made available exclusively to the latter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in requires its subcontractors and staff to pay particular attention to the confidentiality and security of the Data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in refrains from consulting or exploiting the Data, either directly or indirectly. PeeK\u2019in may reprocess customer data solely for the purpose of improving its operations and products, and also to gain a better understanding of the industry. Prior to this, any original link to individuals <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">physical records will have been redacted to ensure the confidentiality of the Data.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>6. Data security and storage<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your Data in accordance with best practice, i.e. by requiring an adequate level of protection as recommended by the CNIL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in regularly tests its internal procedures in the event of a technical or physical incident in order to guarantee and maintain an optimal level of responsiveness and efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However, given the nature of the Internet and networks, PeeK\u2019in cannot undertake to guarantee a specific level of security. Should a security breach be detected that is likely to pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, PeeK\u2019in undertakes to inform you as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">as soon as possible and, as far as possible, to take the best measures to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PeeK\u2019in regularly backs up your Data in order to limit the impact of a security breach.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>8.
