      The current economic climate which is marked by rising costs (IT, packaging, transportation) means we are adjusting our PeeK’in prices as of January 1, 2025 (see details* below). This is the first price rise since early 2023.  

      The new pricing will apply to our three offers:

      • Essential
      • Premium
      • Corporate

      This year, we have taken significant steps to enhance the service for you:

      • Redirection of your customers to show their satisfaction on your Google review page to boost your online reputation.
      • Integration of mobile payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay for a smoother user experience.
      • Improvement of lost-and-found management module, including weight tracking for items.
      • Real-time connection with couriers for optimized shipping management.

      – Monthly direct debit by automatic SEPA mandate: commitment for the current month
      – Annual payment by bank transfer: commitment for the current calendar year.

      Depending on the offer, you only pay for the of shipping packages (Essential offer) or a subscription that includes the packages (Premium offer).
      The owners of the lost and found items pay the shipping costs directly on the application. For your best clients, you have the possibility to offer them the shipment with the Premium solution.

      You create your account in less than 5 minutes and you are guided at each step throughout the use of PeeK’in (Knowledge base, email and phone for both Premium and Corporate offers).

      We undertake not to sell your data. They are stored on secure servers in the European Union in accordance with the GDPR rules. Our market-leading payment solutions are PCI certified.

      Yes, PeeK’in interfaces with third party solutions (RoomChecking, 1Check, Sesame and third party PMS or other on request)

      Yes, we strongly recommend to use our packagings, which guarantee the quality of delivery (weight, volume, sturdiness) of the items. Shipments without using our packagings could’nt be guaranteed.

      Regarding the parcels shipment :

      • For Express shipments (Chronopost, Fedex, UPS, DHL) a courier comes to your establishment to collect packages directly.
      • For Economy shipments, the postman picks them up if you have a collection contract with La Poste, otherwise you must drop them off at the closest Post Office.

      Insurance on shipping costs is only included for Express shipments (we are currently working on offering insurance according to the declared value of items).

      For Premium & Corporate offers, our team carries out the parcel tracking and deals with issues and claims with carriers.

      If you wish to change your offer, you must inform us in advance so that we can modify your contract for the following month.
